Every Furmous product is custom-printed when you order, so total time from order to doorstep is production + shipping. Here’s the breakdown.
Production
Our print partner Printful needs 3-5 business days to print and pack your order. This starts the moment you complete checkout — not the moment you upload a photo.
Shipping windows
After production, here’s how long shipping takes:
- United States — 5-10 business days
- Canada — 7-14 business days
- International (everywhere else) — 10-30 business days
These are typical ranges. Customs holds, weather events, and the occasional postal-service delay can push the upper end longer — there’s only so much we can do once a package leaves Printful’s warehouse.
Tracking
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment Printful hands the package to the carrier. The link in that email takes you straight to the carrier’s tracking page (USPS, Canada Post, DHL, etc.).
If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder for hello@furmous.com first, then email us if it’s genuinely missing.
International orders
If you’re outside the US or Canada, your country may charge customs duties, import VAT, or a brokerage fee on the package. These are the customer’s responsibility— Furmous doesn’t pre-pay them and can’t reimburse them.
The package will be marked at its actual commercial value. We don’t mark packages as “gifts” to avoid duties — that’s customs fraud and we don’t do it.
Lost packages
If a package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 14 days, or the carrier marks it lost), email hello@furmous.com and we’ll open a lost-shipment claim with Printful. They typically resolve claims within 1-2 weeks. Once approved, we’ll either reprint and reship at no charge, or refund the order — your choice.
